How long will my lace wig last?
Your lace front wig or full lace wig can last for several months and possibly years depending on the upkeep and usage of the wig. We will provide you with proper care instructions for your full lace wig or lace front wig. Including how to attach your lace front wig or full lace wig, how to remove it, how to wash it, etc.
What is the Payment Plan?
Our payment plan is set up to give customers more time to pay for their wig in full. All of our wigs are in the payment plan. Customer's may place their initial order only paying half of the wig price. During the 4-6 week time period it takes to customize their wig, the customer must pay their second half/ final payment of the unit. Because the wig is made for the client in "good faith", if the final payment is not paid, their inital payment is forfeited and they are no longer entitled to the wig.
Why does it take 4-6 weeks to make my customized lace wig?
Each lace wig is measured and shaped to fit each client’s head. Once that is completed, each remi hair strand is hand tied to the lace wig. For a quality product, the time period of 4-6 weeks is required.
Do you issue refunds?
We do not issue refunds for received and customized lace wigs. All sales are final for hygienic reasons. We want to maintain the health of all our clients.
